Here's how it works

Kick-Start

Prior to your trip, your Aladdin agent will have a consultation with you to discuss your ideal Disney park day including must-do rides and attractions.

Kick-Off

You sleep soundly while your Aladdin agent does the work. Starting at 12:00 AM on your park day—your Aladdin agent will add Genie+ to your account. Then, at 7:00 AM they’ll begin making reservations for you.

To get the most out of your Disney Genie+ day, we strongly recommend you rope-drop, but you can have a relaxing morning while your agent does all the work.

Kick Up Your Heels!

Throughout your day, your Aladdin agent will stay in touch making sure that your day is going well, and making any changes you might need. They’ll also provide you with pro tips and tricks to make your park day easier and more magical.

What can my Aladdin Agent do for me?

Your Aladdin Agent can add Disney Genie+ service* to your account for you on the day of your visit. Once added, they can make Lightning Lane and Individual Lightning Lane selections, as well as place your Mobile Orders for you.

*Disney charges and a fee for Genie+ service, currently at $15 per person, per day (subject to change without notice).

Who will be working my Genie+?

If your Destination Magic Travel Advisor is a trained Aladdin Agent, you'll work directly with them. Otherwise you will be paired with an available Aladdin Agent who will assist you on your scheduled day. Your usual Travel Advisor will continue to manage all other aspects of your trip.

How many people can be in my group?

ou can have as many as 12 people in your group, but everyone MUST follow the same itinerary.

How many Lightning Lanes will I get?

This is hard to predict because every trip is different, but your Aladdin Agent will work closely with you to get as many as possible and make the most out of your Disney day. You will get more if you rope-drop (meaning arriving at the park prior to official opening time).

Terms and Conditions

Aladdin is a fee-based service whereas a Destination Magic agent will remotely purchase Disney Genie+ service, make Lightning Lane selections, purchase Individual Lightning Lane selections, and place Mobile orders utilizing Disney’s Genie+ service via your My Disney Experience or My Disneyland account and login information. All selections are based on availability. By purchasing the Aladdin service, you grant access to your Disney account and authorize Destination Magic to make these purchases on your behalf, including the purchase of Disney Genie+, Individual Lightning Lanes, and Mobile food orders.

Attractions with Lightning Lane entrances that are Disney Genie+ and individual purchases are limited in availability, subject to change or closure, may vary by date, and are not guaranteed. Destination Magic makes no claims or guarantees as to the number of Lightning Lane or Individual Lightning Lane selections possible.

Wait times are estimates generated using a variety of factors. Wait time estimates can vary significantly from the wait time you may experience, and are subject to frequent changes within each day due to a variety of factors such as attendance, guest interest, weather, and attraction downtimes. Because we cannot guarantee the accuracy of these wait time estimates you should not rely on them when making purchase decisions.

To maximize the availability for most Lightning Lanes, Destination Magic strongly urges guests to arrive at the theme park at least 20 minutes before park opening (commonly referred to as rope-drop).

Continual communication between the guest and Destination Magic is vital to a successful day. Destination Magic is not responsible for any loss of cellular service, deficient batteries, or any other technical issues with the guest or the agent. The guest is encouraged to bring a portable battery charger to ensure they have cellular service throughout the length of their park day. Service fee is non-refundable for any reason including but not limited to weather, attraction downtimes or refurbishments, park hours, park capacity, medical reasons, or inability to secure Lightning Lane selections beyond our control.

Guests are responsible for determining whether options and recommendations are appropriate for their party and for consulting all experience restrictions and advisories, including height requirements, health and safety advisories, and accessibility guidelines.

Aladdin service fee is non-refundable. Vacation protection/travel insurance is recommended.
