Terms and Conditions:
- Guests booking and completing eligible travel will earn a donation payable to their associated organization based on net commission received by Destination Magic for their paid and completed travel package.
- A donation of 15% of the net commission, up to a maximum of $100 per trip, will be paid to the registered organization after travel has been completed and the agency receives payment from the supplier.
- The donation amount is based on net commission received from our suppliers on eligible travel purchases. Commission is based on the actual cost of a completed travel package. Taxes, fees, insurance, airfare, EVC rentals, transfers, rental cars, or other non-commissionable add-ons will not be calculated towards the donation amount
- Eligible purchases include a Walt Disney World or Disneyland vacation package consisting of a minimum 3-night resort stay AND minimum 3-day Walt Disney World or 2-day Disneyland ticket package with a minimum total of $1500, ticket only sales of 3 days or more, Universal Studios, cruise vacations, Disney’a Aulani Resort, Adventures by Disney, and any other vacation package deemed eligible by Destination Magic.
- To be eligible for the promotion, guests must inform Destination Magic of their association with a registered organization upon initial contact with Destination Magic travel agent and PRIOR to making a deposit on any vacation package.
- Offer is valid for 30 days from time of initial quote. Deposit must be made within 30 days of initial quote or promotional offer is invalid.
- Offer is valid on qualifying new Walt Disney World vacation package booked within 1 year from the original date of organization registration. Travel must commence within 366 days from the date of organization registration.
- Destination Magic grants one donation per reservation. It cannot be combined with any other offer benefiting organization or traveler including, but not limited to, gift card promotion, or onboard credit offer.
- Payments are paid by check paid to the order of the registered organization. Payments are not to be paid to any induvial person.
- Destination Magic assumes no responsibility for lost, misplaced, destroyed, stolen, or non-received donation payments.
- Fundraising program is only open non-profit organizations including, but not limited to schools, sports teams, religious organizations, 501c3 charities, within the United States Employees of Destination Magic and their immediate families are ineligible.
- All terms and conditions of the Destination Magic fundraiser program are subject to change without notice.
