Genevieve helped our family plan our first trip to Disney World in the summer of 2023. We were completely naïve to the process and felt pretty overwhelmed. Genevieve worked with us from the initial planning stages through to checking in with us during our trip to ensure we were having a wonderful time. She assisted with getting us the best deal possible on our hotel and park tickets, patiently explained the many extras and add-ons that our kids would be most interested in, made all of our reservations and ensured we understood the intricacies of Disney Genie +, lightning passes, etc. She even made recommendations about what rides to prioritize for lightning lanes at each park and ensured we made good use of our early morning access to parks. During the trip, we realized at the last minute that we hadn’t bought express passes for our Universal Studios tickets. I quickly got into touch with Genevieve, who was able to purchase the passes without us having to stress or worry at all once we arrived at the park. It was so nice to have her as a touchstone during our actual trip in case we ran into any issues. Genevieve really went above and beyond as a trip planner – she sent our kids a gift card to spend at the parks and a beautiful ornament for our Christmas tree to commemorate our trip.
