Hi there, I’m Heather, and I love Disney! Growing up in Central Florida, I was lucky enough to start my Disney obsession early on and, as they say, things have escalated from there! While Disney is my most frequent destination, I love traveling to new places across the US and Internationally to experience food, drinks, and new cultures, and usually run a race!
I’m currently based near Austin, TX, where I live with my husband, three (mostly-grown) kids, and 2 pups. I’m a runner, with dozens of runDisney event medals hanging in my office, and enjoy spending time with my family and friends hiking or trying new breweries. With a professional background in customer service leadership and operations, I am passionate about providing excellent service, highly organized, and have a meticulous attention to detail – all skills that have been critical in helping me plan trips for my family and friends!
