Kim was awesome. I’ve never had to plan a trip before and she made the process a breeze. She was able to give us options when it came to resorts and even helped us modify our reservation when we needed to make a change a week before our trip. Kim was able to get us reservations at all the character dining we requested. She was a dream!

After experiencing issues with the airport and airplane scheduling and as well as bad weather and rainy days, I was very stressed out. Luckily, Kim was super helpful and changed my park days and reassured me that if I missed a Disney day it would be ok as we could move park days. Had it not been for her knowledge or her assistance I’d be very upset, I love my agent, she’s flexible, communicative, responsive, caring, understanding, and has such a big heart. I will be booking with her every time I plan to go to Disney. I’m eternally grateful to her.

Kim was invaluable to us in having a magical vacation. We took our grandchildren and she helped us plan an appropriate and fun trip for all of us. We had issues with our flights and our ground transportation had to be modified multiple times. She handled that and took that stress away while we dealt with the airlines. She handled every detail for us- resorts, parks, dining, stroller rental, ground transport and Genie+ options. I have and will continue to recommend her to my family and friends.

Kim is simply amazing! She made sure all accommodations and tickets were correct, helped us book dining reservations ahead of time and even while we were at the parks (difficult for a family of 8). When we had issues booking Lightning Lanes through Genie+, Kim was able to get us a spot on key attractions in the middle of the day, while we were at the park. She was so responsive that it felt like she was just waiting for us to contact her for help. We would not have been able to have such an amazing vacation without her.

Kim did an incredible job help me and my family have a awesome vacation, even when things did get off on the right foot (flight got canceled) Kim still made a way for the rest of out trip to go flawlessly.
