Meet Mackenzie
Howdy! My name is Mackenzie Vaughan, and I am from the great state of Texas, but more specifically Houston. When I am not enjoying a Dole Whip or waiting in line for my favorite Disney rides, you can find me studying as I pursue my degree in accounting and financial management from Texas A&M University (Gig ‘Em Aggies). In addition to my studies, I like to stay active by participating in campus organizations and football games. I also enjoy coming home to visit my parents and my three-year-old English Mastiff, Fergie.
My love for Disney started when I was six years old and only grew as my family and I continued to frequent the parks and make magical memories. After several trips of experiencing all Disney had to offer, my parents became Disney Vacation Club members in 2011, and we have made 2-3 trips each year since then! Vacationing at Disney frequently has allowed me to stay up to date and experience first-hand all the new events and attractions.
With over 13 years of Disney experience, I have stayed at several resorts on property, dined at numerous Disney restaurants, ranging from signature dining to quick service, and experienced many magical extras including the Keys to the Kingdom tour, Villains After Dark, Lunch with an Imagineer, Lunch with an Animal Specialist, Mickey’s Very Merry Christmas Party, Happily Ever After Dessert Party, Star Wars Dessert Party, and the Behind the Seeds tour. I have traveled at most times of the year ranging from the holiday season to experience the parks and resorts decorated for Christmas to springtime to enjoy the Epcot International Flower and Garden Festival.
I am happy to utilize my Disney knowledge and first-hand experience to provide a magical vacation for travelers of all ages including parties with small children, young adults, and even multigenerational groups.
